I started in hospitality at fourteen and never left. I have waited tables, worked the front desk, hosted events and done everything from a busy neighbourhood restaurant to fine dining and five star hotels.
In those ten years I learned what happens when an evening works. People stay longer, and they are still talking about it the next day. Now I make sure they already feel that before they walk in.
