Work fromthe hotel world

What I made in earlier roles at hotels and restaurants.

My role

  • Branding and visual development
  • Graphic design
  • Content creation and social media
  • Creative direction on photoshoots
  • Event concept and organisation
  • Influencer and pr approach
  • Development of pr packages

The goal

Inside DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal a new coffee concept was developed together with Lot61. It needed a recognisable identity and experience that suited the hotel as well as the character of the coffee brand.

What I did

From my role as marketing coordinator I helped build the creative side. I translated the branding into designs and social media content, directed photoshoots and worked on the introduction of the coffee bar.

For the launch I helped think up and organise the event, bring in influencers and develop the pr packages. That way the identity came back at every point of contact, from the first announcement online to the experience on location.

The result

A new coffee concept with a recognisable look, and a launch where branding, content, pr and guest experience all came together.

From a concept on paper to a place where guests could pull up a chair.

Work out ofthe studio

Collaborations we carried out from Studio ELVN.

Our role

  • Social media strategy
  • Positioning and audience research
  • Visual style and tone of voice
  • Content pillars and formats
  • Brandbook
  • Rebranding of the channels
  • Personal branding workshop at their event

The goal

People only learn something from someone they believe can do it themselves. That experience was not coming across online yet.

What we did

We brought everything together in one style and one tone. The strategy was built on that: which experience you show, in what order and with what imagery beside it.

The result

A social media strategy and a brandbook that holds it all in place. At their own event I also gave a workshop on personal branding.

Our role

  • Event photography
  • Content creation on location
  • Imagery for social media

The goal

Imagery for the launch of their new collection: a dinner with the tailored suits at the centre of it.

What we did

On location we captured the atmosphere and the details, but above all the experience: what it felt like to be there. They set the direction, we make sure the imagery matches it.

The result

Imagery that could go straight out, for social and for the campaign. Not loose pictures, but a series that holds on to the evening.

Our role

  • Social media and content strategy
  • Audience and trend research
  • Content planning
  • Photography and short-form video
  • Captions and creative formats
  • Product launches
  • Analysis and optimisation

The goal

Make a barbershop with no online presence visible to men between twenty and forty.

What we did

We set up Instagram and TikTok from zero. With audience and trend research we developed formats around result, personality and craft.

The result

A recognisable channel with growing reach. Several videos went viral organically, without any ad budget.

Reached within one year on TikTok, fully organic and without any ad budget.

Our role

  • Brand direction set down
  • Social media strategy
  • Visual direction and tone of voice
  • Content pillars and formats
  • TikTok concepts
  • Photo and video content

The goal

Bring structure and recognition to a brand that was still going in every direction online.

What we did

We set down the brand direction: visual direction, tone of voice and content pillars. After that we translated it into content formats, TikTok concepts and photo and video content.

The result

A consistent look online, with a line they can carry on themselves.
